This page explains what we store when you use Easy Phone Unlocker.

What we store

• Your account: name, email, phone number and country you give at sign-up, and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Your orders: the service, what you entered (such as an IMEI, serial number or username), the price and the result.
• Your balance: top-ups, charges and refunds. Payments are handled by bKash, Nagad or on the TRON network (USDT); we don't store card or wallet passwords.
• Telegram: if you link our bot, your Telegram ID, so we can send your order updates.
• API log: if you use our API, a technical log of the calls (without your API key) is kept for a short period (7 days by default) to help solve problems.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. Your colour theme is remembered in your own browser. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Chat assistant

If you use the chat assistant on this site or in our Telegram bot, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer. Don't include passwords or other secrets in the chat.

Sharing

To carry out an order we pass what the service needs (for example the IMEI) to the provider who performs it. We don't sell your data.
